Child Painting

Steve has spent many years visiting schools and other community settings. He has worked with children and adults to produce art.

Paint Brushes

The projects are mostly large scale murals but he also does collage, makes art-furniture and paints decorations.

Drawing

Steve loves this drawing that someone made for him during a project. That's him on the left.

Mural

This is a 160 feet long mural made with acrylic paint on plywood panels. It is in a primary school in Southampton, UK, and was made alongside children from the school and adults from the local community. It is Steve's largest project to date.

Here are a few more examples of Steve's projects.

Life sized scarecrows for the Hayling Island festival.

Display boards.

Another display board.

Vegetarians ... hopefully.

A couple of Spitfire's. Mural in the Lordshill community of Southampton, UK.

Bad breath alert Knights to impending Dragon visit.

Somewhere over the rainbow... there’s a wall...

Something fishy going on.

What is it with these dragons?

Eye-stomping opportunity available. Must wear slippers.

Boring gates made less boring.

Back from extinction by popular demand ...

In a school toilet, which smelt worse than you might think.

Playground art = backache.

A school entranceway in Portsmouth.

A jazzy bench.

Behind the bar at a theatre.

Another toilet. Lovely.

Shed decorations.

A Cyberman football referee. Unlikely, but not impossible.

Some abstract madness.

A very long thing with cut out wooden insects.

Crazy collage in a nursery.

A wizard with bizarrely proportioned arms.

A stairwell illusion.

Another toilet. This time with volcano influences.

A fairy.

Life cycle of the frog. Minus any intimate moments.

A long sign on a fence outside a school. Miraculously unvandalised, considering location.

A library.

The final front ear.

Another bench.

Seaside design with real window feature. Not built especially.

Some animals that normally probably wouldn’t congregate together.

Large landscape with stepladder accessory.

Bad breath not an issue here

Why not have a look at Steve's recent 3D work?

Or his ArtBags idea.
Or maybe his prints.
Bored of art? Try music
Bored of life? Ho hum.
