Between December 1997 and January 2001, Steve wrote a thriller called Social Wallpaper. After 18 re-writes it still wasn't great as a whole, but Steve had taught himself to write. He had found his voice, or at least the beginning's of one.

At around the time of finishing with Social Wallpaper, Steve began "Fireworks". He has currently got about 50,000 words and is over half way through. Steve hopes to complete this work by the close of 2009.

Eventually, when Steve gets on with it, he would like to have a writing menu, with his books and lyrics and other linguistic stuff featured.
